3rd Annual Fr. Prislopsky Memorial Dinner Lecture - 09/20/12
Tonight, St Michael's parish held its third annual Fr. Prislopsky Memorial Dinner Lecture. Fr John Memorich gave a wonderful presentation entitled: Taking Up the Cross Entails Wearing the Towel: A Lecture on Christian Servitude, in which he talked about the need and duty for Christians to serve others. Before the talk, those present partook of an authentic Bible-era meal consisting of lamb and lentil stew, hummus, goat cheese, olives, dates, almonds, pita bread and more. It was a great meal and an edifying presentation.
