The roof of any house stands upon the foundations and the rest of the structure. The foundations themselves are laid in order to carry the roof. A traveler who is carrying a heavy load pauses from time to time and draws in deep breaths; it makes the journey easier and the burden lighter.

Paschal joy is a foretaste of eternal joy in the approaching kingdom of Christ.

Struggle until death to fulfill the commandments: purified through them, you will enter into life.
