November is a month of celebration within our parish—a time to honor our Feast Day, pay tribute to our veterans, and give thanks for our beloved country. With hearts full of gratitude, we remember the founders, builders, and benefactors of our parish, as well as all those who continue to care for, beautify, and restore this sacred space.
We offer our deepest thanks to Father John and Matushka Jani, who for thirty years have served our parish family with steadfast devotion and love. We are equally grateful for the dedicated ministry of Protodeacon Daniel, Deacon Noah, and Subdeacon Benjamin whose faithful service strengthens our worship and community life.
Our appreciation extends to all who contribute to the life of our parish—our choir members, altar servers, Board of Trustees, Samaritans, Sunday school teachers and students, ministry leaders, volunteers, and parish staff. Each plays a vital role in sustaining the spiritual and communal heartbeat of our church.
Please reach out and thank Lisa Lyon and Natalie Boyd for their creativity and spirit planning and organizing our St. Michaels Day banquet. We should also include the volunteers who help sell tickets and work the event. These ladies bring energy and entertainment to our celebration each year!
A heartfelt Thank You to our Baba’s Kitchen leaders, Sharon Glagola and Donna Tesar and the many workers who pinched, peeled, kneaded, rolled, boiled, baked and cleaned to prepare us for November 14! We are also grateful to those who helped set up and package baked goods to prepare for the event and for those who shared their time and served our community!
As we celebrate both our past and present, we look to the future with hope and faith—envisioning a vibrant, flourishing parish for our children and for generations to come.
In Christ,
Darlene
