On Saturday, February 3, the Cleveland ‘R’ Club sponsored a trip to the Cleveland Monsters (AHL) hockey game. The game was themed ‘Pucks and Pierogies’, and 27 of our members and friends attended the game against the Chicago Wolves. If you missed the first minute of the game, you missed the first Cleveland goal as Carson Meyer scored 23 seconds into the game.

That score wasforeshadowing, as the Monsters went on to shut out the Wolves 9-0. All in attendance had a great time, and our own Alyssa Rolin and her dad made it on Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse’s humongotron as a Chicago Wolves’ fan received a whipped cream pie to the face right behind where Alyssa was sitting!
