Halos Russian Dancing
Our Halos youth group gathered last night for a lively evening celebrating Russian culture through dance, food, and creativity. The night began with a hands-on craft as the children decorated their own Matryoshka (Russian nesting) dolls.
They then enjoyed a delicious dinner featuring Russian tea cakes, nut rolls, pierogies, and smoked salmon. The evening concluded with the kids learning traditional folk dances, brought to life by live accordion music that kept everyone smiling and moving.
